1. Agreement
By accessing the website garbaligroup.co ("the Site") or engaging the services of VLADIMIR GARBALÎ ("the Studio", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
2. About the Studio and its services
VLADIMIR GARBALÎ is an independent post-production studio offering video editing, montage, color grading, photo retouching, motion graphics and related services. The Studio is registered at Strada Petricani 86, MD-2059 Chișinău, Moldova and can be contacted at jiri.kaluha@gmail.com.
3. Quotes and project scope
- Each project begins with a brief. Based on the brief, the Studio provides a written quote with scope and timeline.
- A quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- The scope of work is defined in the quote. Work outside the agreed scope may be billed additionally, with prior notice to the client.
- Quotes are fixed and will not increase unless the client requests changes to the scope.
4. Payments
- Terms of payment are stated in the quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work begins.
- The balance is due upon delivery or as stated in the agreed terms.
- All amounts are quoted in the currency stated in the quote. Payment is accepted via the methods indicated on the invoice.
- Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding amount is settled.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate briefs and all required source materials in good time
- Ensuring they hold the necessary rights, licenses and consents for all material provided (including footage, photos, music and artwork)
- Obtaining consent from individuals who are identifiable in the material, where required by law
- Providing timely feedback at each agreed review stage
6. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated in the quote, each project includes up to two structured revision rounds after the first delivery. Revision requests should be specific and submitted within 14 days of delivery. Additional revision rounds may be quoted separately. Incomplete or conflicting feedback may delay delivery.
7. Intellectual property
- Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the deliverables for the purpose stated in the brief. The Studio retains the right to use project results in its portfolio unless a written NDA or exclusivity agreement states otherwise.
- The Studio does not transfer ownership of its working files (project files, grades, templates) unless specifically agreed in writing.
- The client is responsible for clearing rights in any third-party material (fonts, music, footage, artwork) they ask us to include.
8. Confidentiality
The Studio treats client material as confidential and handles it securely. The Studio is happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before work begins. For details on how data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
9. Delivery and timelines
Delivery timelines stated in quotes are estimates based on the agreed scope and timely feedback. The Studio will notify the client promptly if a timeline is at risk. Force majeure events (such as outages, natural disasters or government actions) may excuse delays.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we aim for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Creative results are subjective; the Studio's work is provided with professional skill and care, but specific outcomes (such as engagement, views or sales) cannot be guaranteed. 11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio's total liability arising from a project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that project. The Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. The client is liable for work completed and reasonable costs incurred up to the date of termination. The Studio may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms.
13. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. Please contact us first at jiri.kaluha@gmail.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chișinău. 14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
